Hotel Delhi Aerocity

Il n y a rien de positif dans ce hotel, lorsqu'on est arrivé, le réceptionniste était entrain de dormir sur le canapé, le check in était assez rapide mais en entrant dans la chambre la propreté était très très sale, le drap du lit était sale, il y avait des morceaux de verre cassé des traces marrons , je n'imagine même pas ce que c'était, le lendemain en partant c'était la goutte d'eau qui a fait débordé le vase, les deux réceptionnistes nous ont pris pour des idiots, il nous a appelé un "Uber" qui devait couté 350 roupies qu'il a prépayé et nous a demandé de lui payer 800 roupies. En sachant très bien q'un Uber coutait dans les environ de 350, 400 roupies pour aller au centre ville. Cet hotel est a éviter. There is nothing positive about this hotel, it arrived, the receptionist was sleeping on the couch, the check-in was very fast but on entering the room the cleanliness was very very sales, the bed sheet was sold, there were pieces of broken glass with brown traces, I can not imagine what it was, the next day it was the drop of water that was overflowed for the idiots, he called an "Uber "which was cost 350 rupees that he prepaid and we asked him to pay 800 rupees. Knowing very well uber around 350, 400 rupees to get to the city center. This hotel is to be avoided.

Hotel is closer to Delhi Airport rooms doesn't have proper ventilation & there are no windows in the room. Since it is closer to Gurgoan highway you can hear the vehicle noise inside the room. Just a transit stay it is manageable for a night.

Shown 2 rooms both full of mosquitoes, after 30 mins of killing them settled in. Sat down and started browsing the menu when a mouse ran in under the door. at this point i decided to leave. reception offered me a room across the hall which i refused.

Closed down as I arrived... according to locals guilty of scamming. I had to block my card used for booking as it was scams in another country... pretty sure it was these people who run it. Beware of this place!!!!!!

It was ok, no terrible issues with the hotel or staff we hot everything that was promised. But the hotel had seen better days.

Rooms are Big and Tidy.Location is approximately 3 to 4 km from airport , helpful staff Recommend to friends...

I had hard time finding the hotel. Only on the 3rd attempt that the taxi driver found it. It is better to stay at a known hotel than waisting your precious time trying to find this hotel. Bad experience.

We stayed before catching a midnight flight back to Canada. The hotel staff were amazingly helpful in arranging a late night taxi, early checkin and providing a clean quiet room.

If you are arriving to Delhi in the middle of the night and looking for a basic and not expensive hotel near the airport, this hotel can be OK for you. The bed are comfortable, the stuff is friendly, and they have a good breakfast. On the other hand, our AC was very noisy as the shower was very basic with almost no hot water.

The staff at the hotel was super nice but the place could use a renovation. The bed and room was clean but the bathroom was in poor condition. The water from the sink basically leaked right onto the ground and your feet get all wet. The shower didn’t have hot water and the bucket that was in my room had a huge crack so it didn’t catch any of the warmish water. The hotel is right off the main road so it gets really noisy. I would only stay here if you have a flight to catch the next day.
