The friendly and helpful staff, nice rooms, good pool and not expensive.

The room spacious and comfortable for 2 adults 1 kid. Have lift and the breakfast buffet also nice. The staff very friendly and easy to deal for any arrangements.

The location is far from beach but near to food stalls.

This hotel is a very budget friendly hotel but you get what you pay for. I upgraded to a ground room that opened up onto the pool.

I was very disappointed when getting into my first room, the air-conditioning was not working. Once in my new room, I noticed straight away it was filthy. Floors were dirty and covered in hair. Long black hairs in my bed that was made, leading me to believe the linnin had not been changed just that the beds had been made. The staff were very accommodating and did come and clean the room and put fresh linin on the bed. I think even if you're staying at a budget hotel at the very least, they can still clean and keep things clean. Towels are all very old and linen with holes in them. The pillows are awful, so I went to ikea to buy one. Buffet breakfast is dodgy, so gojek is the way to go. Photo after rooms cleaned with my store bought pillow

Didn't get Fresh towels every morning. under the bed was really dusty and bed sheets bit worn out.The water bottles didn't get filled up every morning only the first night checked in and the sugar was not replaced.

The pool was good

The rooms are tired and outdated. We upgraded and still the room was a box. The fridge was not working properly even after they came to fix it. One chair in the room we couldn’t even sit on the balcony together. We requested 2 extra pillows they couldn’t supply them as they said they didn’t have them. They only had jasmine tea couldn’t get anything else. The bed was like sleeping on concrete. Overall very very disappointing
