Bloo Bali Hotel

Location Central.

Cleanliness of rooms. In particular the beds. Linen was dirty. I got bed bugs. Will not stay here again.

Unfortunately this hotel was not what we expected, we did not expect 5 star just a clean comfortable room to stay it was far from that! Our room had the worst smoke smell, yes you did change us into another room which had dirty sheets n blanket not to mention the used towel still hanging in the bathroom! We lost out on 2 rooms for 3 nights and we were not refunded any, very disappointing considering the state of the rooms.

I had a really pleasant stay at Bloo Bali. It was my first time staying here and I was delighted with the service. Everyone was friendly and courteous. The staff were also helpful in providing me with information and recommendations for activities I can do with my family in Bali. Shoutout to Ketut who was very helpful in arranging a last minute airport transfer. The room was surprisingly spacious compared to other hotels I've stayed before around the area. The pool was also really nice and clean for my morning swim.

Bathroom is very slippery, please warn people fall easily Checkout time at other hotels in Bali usually at 12.00pm, at your BloO hotel is at 11.00 am This is the 4th time we stayed at this hotel, 3 times when the hotel name was "The Sunset" When we stayed at "The Sunset", there was a lot of mosquitoes, this time it is much better as the doors are tight

Bathroom floor is very slippery !! Check out time is too early, the check out time of all hotels we have stayed inn Bali usually 12.00pm or 1.00pm

The property is beautiful and nice. Near to Kuta beach by walking abt 20mins since the traffic there is really bad

Room is not really clean and the toilet has unpleasent smell. The time I checked in the water is very bad and dirty. My son has eczema and it effected him during the stay.

The water tastes weird.

Place was fine. Staff were fine.

The nightclub next door that thumps until 3am. Really ruined the nights.

Not clean, shower floor gets sooo slippery when wet, tiles around pool sooo hot and slippery that kind of big hazard, kids kept slipping over
