Da un 4*S mi sarei aspettata più prodotti in bagno (almeno le ciabatte) e qualche gancio in più per appendere gli asciugamani/teli doccia 2 giorni su 2 hanno sbagliato le ordinazioni della colazione (presto rimediate, per carità, ma ascoltare cosa chiede il cliente no?...) Ho trovato sempre una sola persona in reception, rimanendo ad aspettare che i clienti davanti a me finissero. Se si crea una "coda" magari chiamare una seconda persona a dare una mano è segno di efficienza e di volontà di prestare attenzione al cliente

Die Lage war gut, aber von der Altstadt doch etwas entfernt. In der näheren Umgebung gibt fast keine Lokale. Die hauseigene Bar sperrt bereits um 22.00 Uhr zu!
