Hotel Glamour

From the outside the hotel looks not much but on the inside it is impressive and seems quality.

We had one of the suites. The strip lighting around the windows could not be turned off. We were suffering jet lag after flying from Australia and needed sleep badly but we could not find a switch that would turn off one set of strip lights. We asked for someone to come and look, they said they were coming... we waited and waited and eventually called again as it was getting late and we were so tired. She said oh yes i well be there soon. When she arrived she also could not turn off the lights. She told us to pull out the key from the wall which would shut everything off, she told us the acond signs remain on. It did for about 2 hours. We woke in a pool of sweat in a dark room we could not turn a light on to see. This was around 2am in the morning. I rang reception and a different person answered and said I can fix that. He came and turned off the cct brake in an unlocked box inside the wardrobe. He said the ac should stay on. This still have is no lights being able to be turned on from the bedside and twice more the conditions turned off. The next day we assumed all would be fixed, no mention was made to us despite both persons being on the front desk at different times during the day. That next night we still had to turn all the lights off at the cct board and multiple times had to turn the conditions on again during the night. THIS IS NOT A 4 STAR ROOM. We also had no soap or shampoo but many tubes of body cream and had to ask for the soap and shampoo. We also asked for an extra pillow. Was told it would be right up. Waited two hours... went to dinner, came back two more hours later, and still no pillow, called reception again, she immediately said oh yes your pillow and brought one up. But why did we have to wait so long. Our room appeared 4 star but was far from it. The response from staff is not 4 star. The breakfast is reasonable but powdered eggs is also not 4 star but at least there were boiled eggs.

Posizione eccellente, camera spaziosa, pulita,luminosa. Colazione eccellente. Personale gentilissimo.
