Miły i pomocny personel. Lokalizacja (blisko do Piotrkowskiej, galerii handlowej, ale też do tramwajów). Standard pokoju zgodny z opisem.

Myślę, że warto popracować nad śniadaniami. Dania ciepłe były zimne. Dodatkowo osoby, które przychodziły na stołówkę wcześniej, nie mogły wybrać części produktów (były dostawiane później).

Super położenie, pyszne śniadania, basen, sauny. Obsługa uśmiechnięta i chętna do pomocy.

Pomimo zgłaszania usterek nie zostały one usunięte. Basen, sauny i siłownia zdecydowanie czynne za krótko zwłaszcza w weekendy oraz brakuje mi śniadań od 6 w weekend. Poduszki zmienili na baaaardzo wysokie.

Śniadanie smaczne, jest z czego wybierać nawet dla niejadków zarówno na słodko jak i na słono. Dzieciaki bardzo zadowolone i najedzone.

Swobodą i dyskrecja personelu. Nie czułam się niekomfortowo. Panie w recepcji bardzo uprzejme.
