Ace Hôtel Issoire

Best budget chain with the most superior breakfasts of all. Only French people want a sweet breakfast with just sweet foods great choice of savoury options.

Arrived late at the hotel due to heavy traffic, I called the hotel from the road and was assured my room was ready and the reception was open. We arrived to a warm welcome and given a large clean room and a comfortable bed. Great breakfast and fast checkout in the morning set us up for our onward journey to the Costa Brava. Thank you Ace Hotel, I shall use your hotel chain again.

We have overnight stayed at this Ace Hotel several times between Spain and Calais. This is a convenient location adjacent to Motorway and has good secure free parking plus close to a retail park for refueling etc. Rooms are well presented and comfortable and free WiFi. There is a decent continental breakfast offering competitively priced. Staff are friendly and helpful which makes this a good overnight stopover.

It was very warm and the air conditioning was not working. When we reported it the guy on the desk told us there was only heating. Strange, I was looking at a poster that quite clearly stated “air climatise!” Very difficult to open the window as we were on the ground floor.

This is better than most chain hotels. The room was spacious

Only one night stop over down to Languedoc,but it was a lovely spacious room, clean and very comfortable. Easy to get to off A75. Lovely park with lake opposite, for a nice evening stroll after fab meal at Buffalo Grill

Nice hotel when we found it!. Ended up in a supermarket where we could see hotel but not the way to get there!

Hotel was easy to find, very comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful

We loved the location. It's by a fishing lake and perfect for our 2 dogs. Also has a restaurant/steak house next door.
