Nobu Hotel Marrakech

Everything about our stay at Nobu Marrakech was absolutely incredible! A special shout-out to Jamal, the BEST concierge—he truly made our stay, and our anniversary, unforgettable. He went above and beyond, taking care of all our reservations and securing spots at the hottest places around town. The service throughout the hotel was exceptional. Every staff member we encountered was warm, friendly, and attentive. The food and drinks were fantastic, and our Hammam experience was nothing short of amazing—luxurious, relaxing, and definitely a highlight. We felt completely safe both in the hotel and throughout the city. Marrakech itself is truly magical—vibrant, welcoming, and full of charm at every turn. The location of the hotel couldn’t be better, offering easy access to everything while still providing a peaceful, upscale atmosphere. With great service, friendly staff, and thoughtful touches throughout, our stay was perfect from start to finish. We can’t recommend Nobu Marrakech highly enough!

We had the most magical stay at Nobu Marrakech. The staff were incredible, super friendly, helpful and welcoming. The facilities are beautiful, the room, the spa area and our favourite the rooftop area for catching the sunshine in the daytime and enjoying drinks and food in the evening. The hotel is really well situated to walk to most areas of the city- we will be back!

Had a fab evening on the roof terrace bar. Booked for sunset and just a drink but changed later to eat. Heaters, blankets provided if your cold, fab location and great views. Staff very welcoming and attentive.

The hotel was beautiful and the food was certainly 5 star. Unfortunately thou our trip was spoilt because they were undertaking maintenance on the wooden floors on the roof top pool terrace, which we used every day. We expected the workmen to stop at 10am when the pool opened, but they didn't. They carried on using the electric machinery to rub down large sections of the floor. The noise was annoying (even when listening to music through my headphones) and the dust went into the pool and made it unusable. When I complaint at 10.50am they stopped using the machinery and started staining the floor (it was like a building site and the oil had a strong smell). Not what you expect at a five star hotel. This happened again two days later and when I started to video the workmen they had the common sense to stop and start cleaning up. We feel very let down by the management who clearly allow this work to be carried out during opening hours. I complained again and explained that in my opinion the work should stop at 10am or the pool should be closed to guests whilst maintenance is undertaken. What we experienced was not small repairs but wholesale maintenance of the entire wooden floor area. Unfortunately the videos can not be loaded. Hopefully our experience will not effect others going in the future because the hotel itself is in a great location with a wonderful vibe, but our experience has prevented me from leaving a 5 star review on this occasion.

The location is great, across the street from the Royal Mansour Hotel and walkable to La Mamounia for hammam and poolside brunch. The circular hotel is beautiful and the staff were excellent throughout—at the front desk, bars, lobby, and restaurants. The food was delicious everywhere we ate (Nobu, the rooftop, the main restaurant, and the lobby). The rooftop bar had great music, entertainment, and a good vibe at night. Nazar in the lobby bar was especially wonderful—he even remembered my husband’s preferred drink. This was our second stay at a Nobu Hotel, and it’s now our favorite hotel chain. One small improvement: a better shop for Nobu robes, hats, and cookbooks would be great. Also, be forewarned that the music from the rooftop bar is loud and goes on late

I had a few days in Marrakech alone and wanted to stay somewhere where I felt safe, looked after and in style. Nobu Hotel did not disappoint. Service superb, location great, Hammam luxurious and food fabulous. And the rooftop bar provided the perfect evening atmosphere. Special mentions to Jamal and Redouane on concierge for going the extra mile for me and Selma and Jasmine on reception for the kind attentions. I would not hesitate to recommend or stay again. Superb location, Room is spacioue and comfortable, excellent atmosphere, bed is very comfortable, breakfast is superb, but hookah Price is very high,

We've spent four days at this lovely hotel. The room was comfortable with everything you need plus some, cleaned to perfection. The food was exceptionally and made that bit better by the wonderful staff, at breakfast Abdelfhafour couldn't have done more, a lovely start to the day. In the Nobu restaurant, we were looked after by Ayoub, who recommended some amazing dishes. A huge thank you to the whole team. We can't wait to return.

Hotel is fabulous . Service was fantastic . Loved the roof top pool ! Definitely highly recommended ! The staff can’t do enough for you . The breakfast was high quality and lots of choice . Will definitely stay again there and recommend to all my friends !
