Hanan Hotel Tagaytay - Formerly Tagaytay Wingate Manor

1. Staff was hospitable and friendly. 2. Beds were clean and comfortable.

1. Limited local channels in the room TV. Recommend improving entertainment selections (i.e. installing smart TVs to allow phone mirroring or better cable service provider) 2. Operator phone number "0" does not answer despite calling during times of operations per the provided hotel policy. 3. WIFI does not connect to internet.

The staff were very enthusiastic and possibly the best part about the stay, since they were always smiling and happy to help with our concerns and answer our queries. We were allowed to check in early, and we enjoyed the facilities a lot. There are seating areas on the second floor, and the pool is a nice place to lounge by. If you need to get around without a car, the staff can call a trike for you.

We hooe that the road construction leafing to the property be fixed and finished the soonest.

Very clean and beds are comfy. And great pillows. Everyone is friendly. Great family place. Pool is nice and they offer body massages too. Relaxing place. Well maintained property.

I enjoyed the hotel itself and the staff although a bit rigid were as accomodating as possible. The location is nice and quiet. I opened the curtains to a a lovely neighborhood behind the hotel, gorgeous view. A little far from restaurants and shopping but not terrible. Overall i enjoyed my stay at Wingate Manor and Tagaytay has become a favourite location.
