Friendly accomodating staff. Clean room . Excllent Ammenities

Crowded room for two beds . Lots of black ants and bugs. Ugh!

The hotel staff were very kind and accommodating. There are some repairs to be done like the air condition unit in Rm 212 but it was not a big deal. Overall,the stay was relaxing and homey.

The room my family booked was Executive deluxe with Full Breakfast with Free Wifi.. We were very disappointed. There was only Community Internet like a Back-Packer. More spent on security CCTV than the flimsy Internet. Inside your room you were greeted with an “unfriendly” Card with “If you break it-consider it yours”. There was no security safe. One cupboard was broken, so I suggested I was not responsible for “wear & tear”. We received NOT a “full breakfast” but a continental breakfast, I egg, 1 bacon, 1 hash brown, orange Juice or coffee but not both…the coffee undrinkable with powdered milk. Then we got to go “sight-seeing”…only problem NO transport, no taxis, no courtesy bus considering the isolated location and no amenity for tourist friendly agenda, no assistance from staff, 1.5 km from main-road, 3km from Alverus Terminal. The “Chinese Owner” instructed staff strictly NO contact and only a tricycle available. I was with my family so this was out of the question. I finally hailed down a hire vehicle where we were subjected to being “over-charged” every day for the remainder of our stay. I complained to the front counter and the response being…Sorry sir…How are you today sir..The service was suspended sir…etc ...Choose wisely locations close to the Main Road

My family stayed for 5nights 6 days and we're very happy and satisfied with how the hotel staff treated us. The only inconvenience is that the hotel is not accessible from public transport. Hope the management would provide shuttle, even for a fee, to the main road where guests can take any public transport.

The location was good just a few minutes drive from the main area. The hotel was very serene and quiet and not much people. Offers free massages which were amazing. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. Pool was nice and big. Only problem was the room had a few Dead bugs in the shower and ants on the toilet seat.

The room was clean, however the AC was noisy, the TV is not working, no cable, no outlet adaptor. The room was not set up properly, we did asked for comforter. No wifi. The rate is expensive for the room. In addition, we are glad we have a GPS, or else we will not able to find the place, no signage from the national highway, We will not going back there. And i will not recommend Anybody to stay there! Find better one! It was a mistake to stay there.

Nice place to stay don't expect five star hotel Facilities staff are friendly.massage service is really good.during at night i hear some noise from the lower ground hammering like do something i don't know ...
