The service was excellent and the staff were accomodating especially DJ. The room is clean and the wifi is good. I really enjoyed our stay here

​The room strikes a perfect balance between expansive and intimate. The layout is incredibly intuitive, allowing for easy movement while maintaining a cozy focal point that grounds the space. Thanks to the thoughtful use of natural light and soft textures, the room feels airy yet grounded, providing a sense of calm and effortless comfort.

The staff are very friendly and attentive!! Overall it’s a great stay just had an issue with the shower not staying in cold temp. Special thanks to DJ! He assisted us from check in until we check out. Will definitely go back soon! 🫶🏻

Breakfast, service and rooms were brilliant

I booked a 6.00pm check out and was charged that same as the 1 night rate although the hotel said it was discount by 50%. Not the best arrival. But the hotel is otherwise very good and I would recommend!

Clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff and a convenient location. The only downside was that the elevator took quite some time, especially during busy hours.

The experience is really good. The room is really nice. For the price, it exceeded our expectations. Overall, It's excellent!

Overall experience is good. Value for money, rooms are huge and clean. Deluxe rooms have bathtub which is a big plus! Location is in the middle of Tomas Morato with lots of dining options. Staff are warm and hospitable. Their bellman/concierge DJ went above & beyond assisting and anticipating our needs. Two caveats 1. Would be great to have rooms sound proofed. We hear noises from the hallway. 2. Suggest to prioritize in-house guests in their hotel spa, Payapa. We wanted to book a massage for the same day (6 hours before) but they were fully booked. Our understanding is we can call ahead and request for massage in-room but was advised we couldn’t be accommodated. We had to go out of the hotel and walk to get a massage instead of spending time relaxing inside the property.

Our stay for the preparation of our wedding and the night after our wedding is superb! Staff are very accommodating! Thank you for the well-thought of surprises for us! It really made us happy and will definitely come back here. Huge thanks to the people who assisted us, they were very welcoming! Thank you, FO Tracy, DJ Clarence, HK Paul, Edvin, Glen, and Adriane. Excellent staff and assistance! 🩷
