We enjoyed our stay here! Staff are all accommodating. Experience a 5 Star Quality hotel in a budget way. Having included breakfast during the stay is a must, food are delicious. They are really a green hotel! 😊

Friendly staff, very accomodating, calm soft ang voice nila. Specially Kurt sa bfast , jv service and si jc sa counter. place, 2 thumps up the food the room is maganda, and cheap but classy. thank you will choice again Cocoon when we are here in manila.

The hotel has very comfortable bed and pillows. The hotel has a nice location and implements sustainable practices. I love the bathtub.

Prime location—very close to numerous restaurants, convenience stores, and malls. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a larger room due to their scheduled maintenance. The facilities are well maintained, especially impressive for a boutique hotel that has been around for years. I arrived past midnight because my return flight was delayed, yet the staff still welcomed me graciously. I also appreciate how thoughtful they are about guest convenience—they deliver GrabFood orders straight to your room at no extra charge. During checkout, the staff member who assisted me was very friendly and engaging; he even offered iced tea while I waited for my ride home. I will definitely stay here again whenever I need a place to stay in QC.
