Staff was very pleasant and tried hard to deal with my issues with rooms

Heating wasn't working in 2 of the 3 rooms they put me in ,finally third room had heat but heating system definitely needed to be fixed .

We loved everything.

Poor heating, uncomfortable beds, no elevators, stink of smoke. Overall, it was a very bad experience. Very bad for the money the cost of staying there.

電子レンジがあり、長期滞在するにはいい場所であった。ここから歩いて3分のところにスーパーがありとても便利だった。

Good location close to downtown and the supermarket and Free wifi

The room small of cigarette and small of cigarette ture the hole hallway all the way down to the reception so be a ware cigarette inhaling with people smoking in the rooms over the years. The walls are like thin paper you can hear everything at night the building could do with a update. The price to stay per night is very expansive . Good place to go if you are a smoker. Room is boiling warm day and night so hard to sleep at night. You have to ring the doorbell every time you are looking to get back into the hotel
