I booked a room here, but did not stay. I got there to check in around 6:45 pm, and my room had been given to someone else, since I was not there by 6pm. I was never told I had to be there by 6pm & there was nothing on my online reservation stating that either. Lady at the front desk said she tried to call, but I didn't answer....(well yeah, I was on the road driving there from across the state!) I went to another hotel & luckily got a room. They told me it was a good thing my original hotel wasn't available, because they have lots of bedbug complaints!! Outside didn't look very clean or inviting, anyway.

For the price it’s what you get, have seen some bad reviews and have ti imagine it’s just those 1/100 scenarios. Staff was respectful and accommodating. would stay again if no other hotels were available for around the same price. thanks rodeway !

We really liked the colors of the rooms outside that they are reduing. It made it look not so dark. We liked how they remodeled inside the rooms too. It's MUCH better!!

The fact that when I went to the front desk to get ice and basketball if they had a laundry room Available, that she didn't kno that none of them worked when she gave my change. And then one ate my change. Also found stink bugs in the room

Very clean and very friendly staff made me feel like I was welcome and appreciated and safe which I love and respect is 100!!!

What’s not to like seriously markara at the front desk is seriously the best person and deserves a raise !!! And a spa day paid by the owners cause how friendly and respectful and professional she is.

"ROOM WITH A VIEW"
