"Rima front desk clerk"

The staff was friendly, if I can say one huge thing they should improve on is housekeeping for longer stays. They expect us to keep the rooms up with nowhere to place our trash that accumulates. No fresh linens or towels each day is a big no for me as well.

Heater I. Room didn’t work I told them about it and they didn’t do anything. Below temps outside and had to freeze I’m here usually every week and normally the rooms are fine but not this week

Canceled my room cause they didn't have any 2 beds. They weren't suppose to charge my card let alone cancel my room we won't be back there.
