"Team trip"

Location is great, convenient to rink and food options. Hotel is dated, like stepping into the 70s. Staff friendly and accommodating. Still uses keys on the door. Breakfast were mini bagels, small pastries and waffle maker, no real hot breakfast. Diner around the corner had better options. Beds comfortable, though heating system could be noisy if you are sleeping next to it. Pillows comfortable. Overall, you stay there for the location.

Room was very quiet. Shower pressure great with very hot water.

Disappointed after last year's great stay. Elevators were out of order. Vending machines empty and/ or out of order. Room was not very clean. No bowls or knives. Tub did not drain. Windows did not have blinds or functioning curtains. Coffee selection limited. Breakfast unavailable. No view.

Clean & quiet.

Breakfast was nothing special, just toast/bagels, doughnuts, cereal, coffee/tea, fake juice, some fruit. But was OK.

The continental breakfast could have been better. The cereal was stale and the waffles ran out by 8 am. Otherwise, loved our stay at the snowy owl. Will definitely be back!

Good location in relation to town square

Elevator didnโ€™t work, vending machines didnโ€™t work, our room wasnโ€™t cleaned despite our request and they got rid of the pool even though they stated they had one.

"Consider if looking for low cost, low service hotel with great location at Waterville Valley village"

Room we choose was one with a sauna. It was comfortable and the sauna worked very well with lots of hot water and good jets.

Room did not have a microwave or coffe maker. This could have been offset if the "breakfast" was ok - wasn't expecting much from the continental breakfast. There was no coffee at 7:40am, bagels were very stale. Slim pickings even for my low expectations. Checkin is no earlier than 4pm, and checkout is 10am - so an overnite stay better be quick for you - the policy was no late checkouts w/o a $75/hr additional charge.
