La propreté, la literie, l’emplacement

Le personnel pas très sympa, on a demandé un peignoir en payant bien sûr , refus catégorique de l’accueil, mal renseigné sur le fonctionnement du room service ect Le petit déjeuner pas dingue pour un 4 étoiles , le jus qui donne des brûlures d’estomac
