ibis Nashik Hotel

Offered room was smelling, not maintained properly. Checkin to hotel was slow. No response to my request until it was asked for. Not worth the money and ibis compared to other locations in India.

Bathroom needs to get better than they are, rest everything else is good, i like to visit back nashik ibis.

Rooms are quite small and whole building smells like hell with cigarette it’s like passive smoking we are doing and there is no one to help you with luggage

Improve taste of south indian cusine specially sambhar rest is fine

They require a passport to check in, which is not specified on their website 2 people in our party had passports, 2 had other government issues ID. We were denied check in late at night, turned away from the hotel and left to find our own last minute accommodation in the middle of the night. Then, also refused to refund our money as it had been pre paid. Worst hotel experience ever.

Overall stay and comfort was great , however a few suggestions as below: 1. Ala Carte breakfast items were not worth the cost. 2. Staff at checkin could do better with a smile and be a bit more courteous.

Liked premises and room and service. Thanks! Didn’t like unclean toilet and wash basin near towels. But room was well kept

It was good experience except room size. Toilet were same as air plane size which is uncomfortable for me.
