ibis Nashik Hotel

It was better than expected. Other reviews were all about how the rooms and the bathrooms are small, but trust me, it is sufficient for 2 people. The bathrooms are comfortable as well. Just they didn’t have thick walls separating the bathroom and the bedroom. The parkings are very small, if you have a SUV you’ll find it difficult to park there. Food was good. Staff was also compliant with our needs so kudos! Tip* order food from Zomato or something i felt their food prices are overpriced. Check-in and check-out was smooth. Everything went well.

The hotel as such was clean and observed all covid requirements for safety of guests. However, very disappointed in the service by the staff members. Unprofessional. I had made reservations on bed and breakfast basis for 4 persons (2 rooms). And while check in was informed that breakfast would be served in the room. But when my mom ordered breakfast (tea and toast), she had to pay 250/-. When confronted with the manager, all he could say is that they will look into the matter and make sure that the front desk person does not repeat this mistake. No question of refunding the 250/-, though had already paid 1000/- for breakfast with the room tariff. Lastly, the quality of breakfast was below par. Most of the food that was being served was cold. Never had such a pathetic breakfast before. Waste of money.

The Rooms were neat and clean with adequate space. The breakfast was a disaster ! There was a food tray outside our room, of discarded food at the time of check-in and it stayed there right through the night !!

Everything was good. But when I checked out and realized that one bag was in the room. I had tough time to get my bag. Person on counter was not nice with the issue. That made me late.

Wrong charged.

Breakfast was very bad in taste. very very badservice. Tea was cold.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 3 days and we were nothing short of extremely satisfied with our experience. Right from the check in to the check out, everything was very smooth. Polite and courteous staff. A special mention just has to be made about the security at the entrance. A very sweet lady by the name of Sadhana. Always smiling and very helpful. Our breakfasts were really enjoyable thanks to the ever so helpful gentleman in charge, by the name of Deepak Sahu. Highly enterprising. Kudos to team IBIS and the memorable stay. Cheers!
