Melvin T was excellent. The drinks at the hotel bar were super tasty and the food was excellent. I never had to ask for a refill, he was on top of it!

The rooms are spacious. The breakfast was great with lots of options.

There was no USB plugs in the room. Need more pillows.

We stayed here do to an electrical fire that displaced our family , Jaimie the hotel manager , Susan the day Clerk and Darius the Night clerk ,and every maid we had contact with treated us like family . We checked in on Nov 11 2025 and checked out Jan 20th 2026 . We were always treated well ,rooms were clean and stocked , any issues that arose were dealt with Quickly . We cannot say enough about our home away from home . Thank you

This is the best hotel in the area bar none. It is near a giant shopping mall, central to lots of places, there are a few restraints nearby, rooms always neat and comfortable, staff excellent and responsive, the hotel has a little but lovely lobby and a sweet outdoor dining and sitting area. It's WV, so it's not luxury, but whenever I come here I wouldn't stay anywhere else.
