TownePlace Suites Bridgeport Clarksburg

Accidentally chose this property using the Bonvoy App. Which would have taken me 20m out of my way. Called to explain this. Spoke w Sheila. She offered a short notice cancellation. I booked at the correct property. The next day I receive a bill…..I am then told, “there is nothing we can do”. This is not a truthful statement. They could have honored their word. Marriott Case Number 500108448 closed by property manager Patrick Geiger. This is called theft.

The front desk was extremely helpful and provided great service!

Convenient location, good breakfast!

Bed wasn’t very comfortable, and indoor pool was shut down!!

This place has the "home away from home amenities". It is difficult to be away for home for weeks or months at a time but Rainie, who works at the Front Desk at night always goes above and beyond to make sure my stay is great. She has helped me with everything from booking stays due to my hectic work schedule changing to laundry issues. I can't recommend this place enough if you are going to do a long stay in Clarksburg West Virginia, I will definitely advise you that Towneplace is where you will want to be. You will be happy that you did and if you have any issues Rainie is always a joy to speak with!!

Main service was sporadic they could not guarantee my room past 30 days

I along with a team of colleagues stayed at the Bridgeport TownePlace for several months while working on a project in the area and can't say enough good things about the awesome staff and their willingness to accommodate our team. Even at a place like TownePlace that offers many homey creature comforts like a kitchenette and free laundry, being away from home for extended periods of time isn't always the greatest, but Ms. Rainie at the front desk in particular showed a willingness to go the extra mile to show great customer service and help make our extended stay away from home a little more bearable.
