Palm Hotel and Spa

Very nice hotel. Rooms nice but Not luxurious, also suffer from detious traffic noise, being close to a busy road. The dining, pools, spa and bars are very good. Note that there are many families and kids, didnt bother us, but if youre looking for romantic couples place, take into account....

Preis-Leistung zu teuer, das Hotel bezeichnet sich als 5 Sterne Hotel was so nicht zu halten ist. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, jedoch das Fenster im Bad völlig verkalkt. Die Kopfkissen mit Polyesterfüllung und hart und damit nicht zum schlafen geeignet. Das Abendessen gut aber nicht sehr gut, die Wartezeiten von fast 1 Stunde zu lange. Der Whirlpool zu kalt, Dampfbad zu unhygienisch, keine Milch zum Kaffee im Zimmer, eine Baustelle mitten im Hotel, Personal und Empfang sehr bemüht, kreolischer Cocktailsbend auf Kosten des Hauses positiv, ingesamt sehr gut ! Jedoch nicht vergleichbar mit einem 5 Sterne Hotel in Deutschland

L’emplacement des chambres à l’arrière du bâtiment principal et de toutes les activités n’est pas idéale car on a l’impression de ne pas profiter de l’ensemble de l’hôtel... et du coup on ne bénéficie pas du tout de la vue si on veut rester au niveau des chambres...

Localisation remarquable en regard d ‘un large panel dd’actvitè, bel établissement en potentiel mais restauration majeure à mettre dans le tuyau Literie et sanitaires sur les genoux , matelas et lits de piscine frisant le glauque , hammam poussif en service une fois sur deux jardins entretenus à minima , restauration pathétique surtout pour le Kha le restaurant de la piscine , nous sommes très loin du standard des hôtels Mauricien du groupe Accueil de qualité , conciergerie efficace , personnel plutôt aimable mais tout cela ne donne pas 5 étoiles très usurpées en l’etat

The Palm is probably the only 5 star hotel of La Reunion. Nice entrance, plenty of parking and polite customer service. Swimming pool was big and nice overall. There is a small section called the beach, with sand that made you feel a bit closer to the sea even though it's next to the swimming pool. There is no beach close as there are sharks in the area. Through a parñth you can go to a natural pool next to the sea. Hotel has a jacuzzi with nice views. Lunch in the bar pool was tasty with more summery options. Dinner can be a la carte or buffet. Nice quality. In general a nice experience even though for moments the rain appeared. Rooms were well distributed, spacious and clean. The bed was magnificent, make you feel cozy straight away.

Très bel hôtel, jolie architecture et beaux espaces verts. Les piscines sont très jolies. La vue est magnifique sur grande Anse.

ACCUEIL et personnel très agréable. Petit déjeuner très parfait Chambres grandes. Seul bémol : il n’y a pas de piscine interdite aux enfants...
