Auf einer Klippe der Westküste von Reunion liegt das Palm Hotel. Eingebettet in einen kleinen tropischen Wald stehen kleine Villen, in denen sich je 8 Zimmer befinden. Alle mit Terrasse und elegant eingerichtet. Das Hotel selbst ist im etwas asiatisch angehauchten Stil mit viel Wasser, Blumen, Grünflächen errichtet. Dazu zwei Pools und viele Liegen sowie Aussichtspunkte über den Klippen. Zum Beach führt eine Strasse (mit Shuttlebus) sowie ein steiler Fusspfad. Haupt-Restaurant und Bar sind im Freien (es wird niemals richtig kalt). Das Team ist sehr bemüht, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Le Palm est un très bel hôtel, avec une très belle vue, dans un cadre superbe, tout en étant situé à proximité de Saint Pierre. L'hôtel est très agréable, que ce soit les restaurants, les piscines, le spa. L'accueil a notre arrivée a été parfait.

24h de pure détente, chambre très agréable, bien insonorisé, quelques rafraîchissement à prévoir dans la sdb. Les 2 piscines et le jacuzzi juste magique ! Le petit déjeuner gargantuesque avec des produits fait maisons et péï ... un délice ! Le restaurant a été une grosse déception pour le dîner du soir, plat insipide et cher ! Le petit moins a été le retour dans la chambre après le dîner, le personnel était venu dans la chambre pour déposer une confiserie sur l'oreiller et ranger la chambre. ( cela peut convenir à certaines personnes cependant je n'ai pas apprécié le fait qu'on vienne en mon absence alors que j'avais lris la chambre que quelques heures avant)

Bel hôtel, digne d'un 5 étoiles. Tout était parfait sauf le dîner au restaurant principal de l'hôtel, pour un 5 étoiles au restaurant on s'attend à mieux...

Beautiful location with stunning view over the ocean. Excellent facilities and helpful staff. Main dining room serves good food. All lounges, restaurants, lobby and bar are open to the fresh air. Which is fine if you don't mind sharing your space and sometimes food with the birds, and can tolerate the drafts. The rather poor beach is public and accessible by 15 minute hike on a fairly precipitous path, or by shuttle. But there are two well maintained pools. The lunch menu at the cafe was well presented but looked a bit Brake Bros.

Hôtel vraiment merveilleux. Accueil parfait personnels à notre écoute avec de bon conseil pour les visites sur l'île. Les Lodges sont fabuleux avec une vue magnifique. Les restaurants de l'hôtel sont vraiment délicieux avec un service impeccable. Nous conseillions vivement cette hôtel

Lovely rooms, beautiful grounds, spacious pool area overlooking the Indian Ocean - never felt crowded (though it wasn't peak season, which may have helped.) Nice spa. Restaurant service was quite slow on three consecutive nights, not what you'd expect from a five star hotel, though food itself was nice. This was our only grumble, however, and we would go back to this hotel.

We had booked a junior suite, There is no view from the room. The terraces is surrounded by a 2 meter high fence. The fence can be opened and then the view right into the neighboring House. All in all, a disappointing experience.
