This is by far one of the best hotels, I have ever stayed at. From the service to the food, to the room, it was just exceptional. Special thanks to Brynn, the guest relations manager... my oh my, you went above and beyond for me and my sick daughter. There are no words to express my gratitude, the Peninsula is blessed to have you! Thank you so so much Peninsula... we will not stay anywhere else, ever again!!!

The hotel requires maintenance

The location is perfect with seaview on the front & Lions Head at the back. The hotel has a restaurant & bar by the swimming pool & has a sundeck where you can eat while watching the sunset. Seapoint Sunset Beach is just across the street & walking distance to Mojo Market. Another thing, there’s a hotel shuttle that takes you to V & A Waterfront, CBD City Center, Camps Bay & Clifton Bay free of charge, just need to book the night before.

No free shuttle airport transfer. And the food choices at the breakfast buffet are pretty much the same the whole duration of our stay.

Great location, neat and clean.

Extremely dishonest shift manager and shuttle servive left my mother of 70 walk for 4km in awefull weather. Driver did not pick us up as arranged. Shift manager could not manage the situation and instead lied to his superiors about the sequence of events. 19:10 i was phoned by the shift manager who informed us that the shuttle is already waiting for us at another location due to understandable reasons. Upon arrival, before the scheduled pickup time, after i was informed the driver is already waiting for us, we could not find the shuttle. After phoning the hotel, they assured us they will get in contact with the driver and make sure he finds us. 30min later i did a follow up call with the hotel only to be told the driver managed to get to the orriginal pick up point. This after the shift manager informed us the driver is waiting at a new location 40 min ealier. They contacted the driver again, after which the driver phoned me to confirm where we were and said he will be there shortly. After another 30min the driver was still not there and we were forced to walk back to the hotel, late at night, very cold and windy. Only to be told by the shift manager that my sequence of events is incorrect, and reported it as such to his supervisor. I insisted that the phone be passed to me to give his supervisor the true sequence of events. Not even an appology from them, this after we were forced to walk to the hotel with my 70 year old mother and missing our dinner reservation.
