Fantastic service from majority of the staff on duty. Smiles all round and willingness to assist in all areas. Shuttle service to waterfront was a bonus. Gorgeous views from the 7th floor. No excessive noise after about 22h00.

I booked to stay here based on a recommendation. The staff are some of the friendliest I have encountered at any hotel - nothing was too much trouble, and always with a smile. The location at Sea Point and right on the front is excellent. The promenade stretches from the front of the hotel all the way into the Waterfront - about a 70minute walk at an easy pace - ideal if you want to plan some easy exercise into a tourist schedule. Excellent hotel.
