Location outstanding. Staff friendly helpful and overall service superb. Rooms clean and serviced everyday. Small suggestions: an airfrier in the kitchen - other timeshare resorts now offer this. Hairdryer in bathroom was useless. A replacement was provided quickly but there was nowhere to plug it in in front of a mirror in any of the 4 rooms! The plugs near to the 2 mirrors took only international and not SA plugs! Some other smaller aspects have aged and deteriorated and need attention.

This was an ideal choice for the first 10 nights of our first visit to South Africa. We had a one-bedroom flat, which is smaller than many other options, but ideal if one of us stayed up late watching TV, because the bedroom to totally separate. It was comfortable and cleaned daily. Although the room was at the front and only on the second floor it was quiet enough to sleep with the balcony window open. My husband was remotely work part of the time and the WiFi was reliable and strong. The location is ideal with plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, shops and the town's 50-metre lido close-by. The free shuttle service was very useful. This is essentially a timeshare hotel, and on Monday nights there is a free buffet supper and drinks party for guests to meet the senior staff. Both nights we were there we met very interesting people. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I really can't think of anything to complain about. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.
