"Lovely Stay!"

We visited for one night as we wanted to go the food festival in Broadstairs. Such a lovely stay we stayed in room 506. We didn’t have a sea view but wasn’t a bad view. Staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough for you. Will deff be coming back in the future! Thank you for a lovely stay.

"Well worth the visit, cost and location"

This was a last minute two night stay for a quick break away. Staff were so friendly and accommodating. Our thanks go particularly to both Rebecca and Lily who couldn't do enough and made the stay so enjoyable. Breakfast and evening meal were delicious and well presented. Would certainly recommend The Botany Bay. Ps Would recommend the sea view when booking. We missed out on this through no fault of the hotel.

The only hiccup was the room we were allocated was at ground level and the windows looked out onto the rear of the hotel's loading area. As the room was better suited to a guest with a disability, which neither of us had to manage, we discussed the limitations with the Reception manager, Rebecca, who couldn't have been more helpful and suggested we look at alternatives which we accepted.

The breakfast was lovely. Staff was friendly. The only thing that affected our stay was the other guests with the dogs... They were barking in the corridors multiple times during the night. Which really disrupted our peaceful night

The dogs barking in the corridors in the middle of the night. And the hotel charged us twice for the stay
