The location perfect. Next too beach and short drive to all convenience excellent breakfast

It was need in a huge renovation. Can understand as I also own a hotel,will be a huge investment but could be made into fantastic property

"Lovely Stay!"

We visited for one night as we wanted to go the food festival in Broadstairs. Such a lovely stay we stayed in room 506. We didn’t have a sea view but wasn’t a bad view. Staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough for you. Will deff be coming back in the future! Thank you for a lovely stay.
