They could have more culture free activities

ANGELS reside here! Beachfront reef, VIBRANT coral, ABUNDANT colorful fish, meticulously clean, well appointed accommodations a few yards to the beach! (There are a few types to choose from ) Food is yummy with both a local and international flair. Staff-exceptional, professional, warm and welcoming! Vika the Guest Hostess is a gem! I walk with a cane and she always arranged someone to be with me to trek up and down the hill to the open-air restaurant as well as attending to all my needs! The age range was from the 20s to 80s I think. Singles, couples, backpackers, professionals, retirees etc . Friendly, warm relaxed vibe! Plenty of activities. Hope to visit again! As refeições eram variadas, e saborosas. O que faltava era o peixe grelhado ser melhor temperado. A simpatia dos funcionários foi excepcional.

Ter apanhado 2 dias de tempestade que reduziu o usufruto das instalações, nomeadamente visitar a região. As escadas para o restaurante eram muitas. A areia da praia poderia ter menos pedras

L’emplacement et les installations sont magnifiques. Le dortoir est très grand mais plutôt confortable.

Le tarif des repas (obligatoire) est un peu excessif. Pareil pour l’activité snorkeling, 65$ pour seulement 1h

A bit run down, but trying to offer lots of options

Amazing location, great snorkeling

we loved the beach, the reef. the staff was very nice and friendly, the food was nice and could get a refund if you skip a meal. the dive center was very good. they have all kinds of events every day, it was nice. the receptionist know me by name, it was very lovely of her. you should know there is an extra expense for MEAL PLAN they don't really advertise it on booking. also we booked through booking on a different price then what we we're charged. booking don't really want to halp on the matter- I mean you should change as the price that was advertised and not with extra 3.5% !

the toilets wasn't all that clean and comfortable. no hand soap in the washrooms. the pizza bar hours hours didn't made sense. we slept at the dorms, the sun was in my eyes every morning, wished there was a curtain on the windows or bed. didn't have a laundry options on the Resort. the pool was very cold.

Estancia muy decepcionante

Desde el principio hubo problemas de comunicación y organización: los precios informados por email no coincidían con lo que finalmente nos dijeron al llegar, algunas actividades anunciadas ya no estaban disponibles (aunque vimos a otros huéspedes participando), hicimos una reserva para 6 personas en el restaurante y al llegar nadia sabia nada. Además, el desayuno llegó incorrecto (para 4 de 6 personas), nunca nos informaron bien de los horarios de actividades, lo que dificultó disfrutar de la estancia. Aunque hablamos de varios de estos problemas con recepción y con el manager, lo peor ocurrió al irnos: una de las bolsas de uno de nosotros, con ropa dentro valorada en 250$ aprox, nunca fue cargada en el ferry. Tras revisar las cámaras, quedó claro que la maleta se quedó en el hotel (cuando se nos dijo que se llevaría al ferry con todo lo demás). Fuimos con mucha ilusión para relajarnos y disfrutar, pero la experiencia terminó siendo muy frustrante. Esperamos una solución por la pérdida del equipaje y, lamentablemente, no podemos recomendar este hotel.

Great place. Location truly beautiful. 3 days is plenty. Rooms nice, food wonderful, snorkeling out of this world and easily accessible on most tides. Set on a hillside so need to be mobile. Vika was excellent.
