Sheraton Yantai Golden Beach Resort

Worst experience and staying !!! Unpleasant front desk attitude. Hot water in bath tub is broken. Room number is 3105. smelly towel. My wife get sick after eating breakfast there.

We were booked to this hotel by our business partner. What a pleasant surprise! It's right on the beach and I got chance to see the most beautiful sunset and sunrise! The staff were great and they gave me nice upgrade. Definitely will be back again. In the future.

The beach was wonderful.

I was using room service but it's so terrible.. and there was no shuttle bus to airport regularly.

The corner beach front upgrade room was once a great room but was not maintained well. The bathroom had rust on the tub, broken shower floor ties, and the toilet was loose from the floor. The rest of the room was fine but the furniture was well used. Still the food and the location were excellent. Service was also excellent during my stay. Overall an average score.

Very very unkind. Especially, the yellow hair with perm single-headed woman and tall glasses man at the check-in counter. The structure is bad that it is very difficult to get on the elevator at the end room. The room was like a sauna. Air conditioner is not working. Go to the Hilton Yantai Golden Coast Hotel! It has much better facilities and friendly staff. The ocean view from the room is also very good. SPG 플래티늄멤버인데 이런 호텔직원들은처음봄 혐한인가싶을정도임 인사도안하고 예약확인도잘안해주고 친절이라곤눈꼽만큼도없었음 정말최악. 옆에힐튼으로가세요 친절하고 시설도훨좋아요

생각 보다 큰방이여서 너무 좋았습니다. 욕조 및 하우스키핑 서비스가 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 다만 호텔 직원들의 서비스는 쉐라톤 이름이 무색하게 좋지 않았습니다.

위치는좋으나 특급호텔치곤 청소상태및 식당준비상태가 상당히 불량합니다 아침에 레스토랑 이용시 음식이 부족하여 상당시간 기다려야하고 심지어 물을 먹는데10분이상 기다렸음

出張で利用し、空港からも近く、日本料理屋さんもあり、便利でした。
