Sheraton Yantai Golden Beach Resort

체크인시 방이 너무 더워 에어컨 점검 요청함. 퇴근후에 방에 선풍기가 놓여있고 여전히 더움. 에어컨 점검 재 요청하니 다른 룸으로 변경 해줬으나 욕실 출입문은 망가져있고 바닥의 못은 튀어 나와있었으며, 샤워실 바닥의 타일은 깨져 있었음... 같이 출장온 다른사람의 방은 욕실 배수가 안되어 방교체 요청후 퇴근했더니 아무런 조치가 없어 재 요청에 방을 바꿔줌. 최소 4성급 호텔에서 있을수 없는 일이라 생각됨. 자주 이용했던 곳이지만, 1~2만원 더 주고 옆에있는 메리어트 호텔로 가는게 나을듯.

음식과 숙박이 전반적으로 양호했습니다.

Came to Yantai in March for work and weather was little chilly. From the moment I walked in the front lobby, it was almost cold as outside. Not sure what was happening but it was cold even in the dinner area. Only warm place was my room. Management had no answer when I asked why it was cold. The breakfast buffet overall wasn't good, poor selection and allot hot food were cold. Probably leftover from day before. Staff were okay, but not really going above & beyond for guest needs. Bed is comfortable and rooms are spacious. Just really disappointed from Sheraton, did not expect!

One of the newest hotel in Yantai. Stayed in the hotel for ten more days. It was Christmas time with the beautiful decoration and christmas tree. Location is great. Jogging along the beach was one of my faforite sport activity. There are gym and swimming pool in good condition. Breakfast, lunch and dinner available in the cozy restaurant on the ground floor.

호텔은 전반적으로 깔끔하고 관리가 잘되어 있습니다. 직원들이 불친절하다는 후기가 있었는데, 직원들 모두 다 아주 친절합니다. 다만 호텔주변에 식당이런게 없습니다. 택시타고 나가셔야해요.. 아 그리고 참고로 연태공항에서 호텔까지 택시비 70~80위안선입니다.

호텔이 크고 깨끗하고 좋았습니다 서비스보다 호텔이 멋진거 방이 깨끗하고 복층으로 되어있는것이 인상적입니다 다시 가고싶은곳입니다

공사소음이 있었음. 12월에 투숙했을때의 디파짓 카드 결제가 환불 처리가 아직 안되었음 예약시 조식 포함이었던걸로 기억하는데 조식 불포함이었음 1층 난방이 고장나있었음

Sheraton Yantai is famous for its unstable service among the SPG circle. So this time I take a chance to have a look of it. This hotel is far away from downtown, in a developing industry area. It is was constructed on the sea shore, but just 6 floors high. So the sea view is limited, compare to its neighbors such as 25 floors' Hilton. When check in, the reception didn't upgrade me to suite for my platimum membership and I have them to change the room finally. The hotel feels like a traditional Japanese hotel from every where, the room size, the decoration style, make me feel like in 1970s. There are some windowed seat in the lounge to have the happy hour with sea veiw, which is nice.

정말 좋은호텔이고. 가격도 진짜 믿을수없을만큼 저렴하게 책정. 다만 위치가 좀 애매해서,, 한국식당가 까지 택시로 한15~20분이동필요함.

It's a great trip for me and i feel very good. The room is in a very good position and the hotel offers welcome fruit. I'm satisfied with that.I had dinner at the Executive Lounge, and I appreciated Catherine and Tracy, both of them are careful.😊
