Sheraton Yantai Golden Beach Resort

Seems the deposit RMB 2000 on November 14 was not cancelled yet. Please check it again.

Everything is good except some services are not exactly as advertised. I see that SPA is open till 2:00AM, but not all advertised spa services are available till 2:00AM. Foot Massage services aren't available when I called at 00:12.

i came here with my family members to relax. The view from the room is really good.and the waitress Catherine is so nice .🐾I would like to thanks for her. She is professional,and always smile to me...

The hotel is located in the development zone in Yantai and located in front of the Golden Beach. A good location for the visitor for business in development zone. A relatively quiet location. The hotel provide all necessary facilities needed for business trip. The lounge also provide dissent breakfast and snack. The service is relatively cozy and the one worth to mention is Catherine Yan who took good care of me. Thanks.

good location and nice staff, warm GM

Hotel is nice , clean , but getting old , had a lot of problems with my key card , battery died on the door lock , had difficulty explaining to front desk staff , finally someone that spoke English showed up and helped, Even though there are signs around the hotel that it is a non smoking facility, there are ash trays in the rooms and a lot of smoke in the hall ways , Air conditioning is very poor , barely working,,changed rooms 3 times ,,

Bathroom not clean. A lot hair from former guests in the shower drain. Water cannot flow away but all around the bathroom. Breakfast is OK for Chinese standard. Booked the Club room to get access to the Lounge. Happy hour from 5:30p.m to 8:30 p.m. During week very crowded. 6:30 p.m. no food, beer and wine available anymore. Club room not worth for money. Asked reception after checkout for bill (even no invoice). Answer: Not available, because i booked and paid already via hotels.com. I shall inquire there. ????????? Staff is mostly friendly and willing to help. The best of this hotel is the location and the view to the sea. I try another one in Yantai next time.

My stay was good. Staff need to have better knowledge of English and late night order menu very limited of foreign travellers. Otherwise the staff are very helpful.
