Beautiful resort! And excellent wait staff! Loved the pool!

Very quiet but they don't offer free room service it comes at very expensive rate Also they charge for parking 😒

Staff was very nice.

The room smelt like wet dog and mold. The refrigerator was not working and the shower had so much built up grime. For $200 a night it was not worth the price.

All of the provided toiletries were empty, only had one towel in the room even though I selected 2 adults when making the reservation, we were hot the entire night and the water in the lobby was warm. The alarm clock in our room went off at 530 in the morning.

Valet guys were awesome

This is a very nice property. The only things I didn’t care for were the expensive/mandatory valet charge of $39 a night and the fact that you don’t get housekeeping during your stay. At a hotel like this I would expect nightly turndown service as well as a freshening of the room each day. It would be nice if they replenished towels and made the bed and took out the trash to make the room feel fresh again. Instead, you walk into however you left it! I did call downstairs to find out if no housekeeping was normal and was told that it was, but they could replenish towels, water, take out the garbage on request. I told them we needed fresh bath towels and water and they arrived at our door shortly after I requested them. So, not a huge deal, but it’s just surprising at a hotel of this caliber to not be extra “service-y”. Staff is friendly and there are plenty of dining options on the premises which was convenient. We didn’t use the pool, but it did look beautiful and spacious.
