Hilton Vacation Club Eilan Resort & Spa San Antonio

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with stunning decor and a lovely atmosphere. However, our overall experience was marred by a lack of customer service. During our stay, we asked one of the front desk staff members to take a photo of us, but she barely acknowledged us—she simply took the phone, snapped the picture, and returned it without any engagement. We expressed our gratitude, but she simply nodded in response. We also rented a cabana, but unfortunately, we were never approached by staff to take our drink orders. Instead, we had to go up to the front ourselves to get our own drinks, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, we were not informed at check-in that we would need to give a 24-hour notice for room service, which would have been helpful to know. Overall, the experience with customer service left much to be desired. It's a shame because the hotel itself is lovely and has great potential.

There was no house keeping and parking was $40 US dollars a night, staff was unhelpful

Indoor lap pool was great although it was hard to find. Non-valley parking should be available.

Was very nice! Location was great. We enjoyed our stay for our anniversary!

Valet service team and steam room were great! Spa was overpriced with low activity. The new restaurant was good, 2014 Sustenio menu was much better though. Front desk staff weren’t jumping to provide excellent service but were prompt to get us checked out.

For a luxury hotel it lacked style, the lobby smelled of cleaning solution, not having self parking was inconvenient plus the required valet was expensive

I have stayed here twice ! I plan on staying at this spot again soon. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting San Antonio (:

Had a horrible experience and do not recommend. Staff and service was the worst. If you don’t want your vacation to be ruined, go somewhere else.
