I liked the overall experience

The pools closing at 10 could maybe move it to 11 o clock and the checking out at 10 feels a little rushed could make it 11 o clock as well

The location is stunning, we love being in nature surrounded by majestic mountains and lush gardens. The hot and cold pools are well maintained.The villa' is spacious. It has the usual amenities. Thank you to the lovely ladies working at reception and the friendly staff too. Overall, a great stay as always.

Furniture and carpets are a bit tattered. Faulty kettle and lamps are not working, Other than this, everything was good.

Quiet, peaceful atmosphere, friendly staff, plenty activities.

Chalets and premises needs an upgrade. Holes in the tennis court fence with balks falling in the pool every time.
