Very old. Opened oven door and found it was broken. Kitchen old and outdated

Very family oriented, my kids lived the warm water pools. Very clean

The peace and quiet was amazing

So myself hubby and 2 kids aged 18 and 15 decided to stay in doors Friday night wen arriving as we were tired from the long drive.we decided to enjoy the amenities at the resort fully the next day. Myself and hubby headed to bed while the kids stayed up watching movies .my daughter 18 was star gazing and decided to enter the chalet around 2:45 only to find herself face to face through the window with a guy in a ski mask.she alerted her father while I called security hubby went and checked.the guy ducked and sped off,my daughter was frantic shivering and crying.security arrived and said there was no one,they checked the parameter for about 10 to 15 minutes.we were left for the rest of the night to just be paranoid with a traumatized daughter.the next morning at 8am we went to reception only for the manager to not even be aware of an incident reported.she said we would be refunded fully if we decide to leave the resort and she apologized. She came to our chalet with a day shift security, he now notified us that there indeed was someone but the person got away. This disgusts me how there was no compassion for us. We got a full refund from the resort but my hubby was not satisfied.we looked for some sort of compensation for our diesel. I mean a traumatized daughter, days spent on planning, leave from work signed, thousands spent on food to have a good time .and all we get is no response and a refund on what we paid for the weekend.disgusted with this place.apparently not the 1st and only incident.we got lied to,staff said the last incident was 3 years ago.we discovered 2 weeks before us an incident occurred where iphones got stolen and when the guests returned home it got traced to a security residence. I am disgusted with this place. It really is nothing to write home about. Thanks montague for the prompt responses and compassion but we will not be returning to the resort anytime soon

The place is beautiful and relaxing good value for money. I really enjoyed myself with my family. I would definitely like to come again
