Very relaxing. Great atmosphere. Kind staff. Rooms are clean and big.

Hotel great . Food at breakfast excellent. Nice pool . Clean and modern rooms . Reception extremely amateurish. I should have booked with Booking. com as it would have been 15% cheaper ... saw it too late.

Gorgeous setting high in Galilean hills. Beautiful hiking and biking (though biking is challenging) right outside the resort. Rooms are extremely large and comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was bountiful Israeli buffet. The only downside is service seemed less than solicitous. And there was no dinner available. (We stayed Tuesday and Wednesday night in March, and apparently dinner is available only on weekends, at least at certain times of the year-- which was not made clear in the publicity we saw.) There was a substantial snack that was supposed to be available form mid-afternoon until 8:30, but it was the exact same both days, and the food was left out much of the afternoon and evening without replacement or replenishment, so they ran out of some items, bread and cake got stale, the hummus was an iffy proposition and the warm food was no longer warm.

Was wonderful, hope to be back soon.

The hotels Facilities and services were stunning!!! one of the great hotels we have been in Israel.Yet we were very disappointed from the breakfast quality. the breads were dry, the dishes weren't fresh, also the cheese selection weren't from the local produce.

Staff were very helpful. Hotel was lovely!

Great hotel and great service

Came with high expectations. Public rooms are charming. Bedrooms much less charming: run down and looked dirty. Except for one very helpful young man, service was generally not polite and inefficient. We had the distinct impression that we were bothering people by asking for anything E.g. that the television should work ( which it did not do during our entire stay).
