Rooms are great. Facillies are good too. Everything is clean. Staff is freindly.. The only thing that was disappointing is that the web site information about the spa - treatments, prices, time of treatment sessions, etc. was completely untrue. We practically cacelled all our plans for the spa because of it. This is why the goymt 4 stars and not 5 from me.

The hotel is luxury stills, nice room equipped with bathrooms with nice jacuzzi, Electrical king size bed, The swimming pool perfect, We enjoyed from the dinner at the hotel, very big cushion, we order beef steak, and fresh fishes it was all perfect and good testy,

Not so good. Poor sevice. Low maintenance of lockers. Had no towels in my room. Had no towels in the pool .

Not even close to what I have expected. The jacuzzi it only a bathroom. The hotel full of children the room is very old and cheap and the breakfast is very poor. I was extremely disappointed. I am trying to move to another hotel . That bad it is

we were so excited to spend a night at bayit bagalil - the pictures online looked fantastic - how disappointed we were the actual building and room were very pretty and indeed boutique the service and food however were most definitely not dinner resembled kibbutz food for shabbat - schnizel!! i kid you not. which 5 star boutique hotel charging $820 per night would serve shnitzel?? the staff had either taken a vow of silence or were instructed not to smile or speak to guests. except for Maya, I think her name was. upon checkout she managed to mutter three words, I'll translate into english - "what room?" "thats' it" no "how was your stay?", we hoped you liked it etc this was our first stay there and our last for $820 per night, we expected more than schnitzel for dinner, cheap machine capuccino for breakfast and a team of seemingly deaf mutes DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE - ISROTEL IS SIMILAR PRICEAND INCOMPARABLY BETTER

The room was o.k. we were disappointed from the service...part of the hotel wes under construction. It really disturb. The room wasnt clean..the view is amazing but we expected for better . Doesnt worth the price

Dissapointment! The room was given late, wasn't clean enough and the kitchen was closed because of the health deppartment review, so we were given a basic and poor breakfast. When we asked for compensation we were offered breakfast in a coffee shop instead. This was not the right way to handle the situation!

I think that because of covid 19 they had only breakfast service and it wasn't so good, but except that, everything was perfect! the room, the service, the hospitality i recommend this hotel

Wonderful place , very comfort room , wonderful location . Very friendly . Great bad . A lot of potential . Need a little bit more care of facilities and cleaning.

The boutique hotel offers top of the line comfort and quality. It’s quite, remote enough from the city but a 10 minute drive to restaurants and coffee shops. The food and drinks (also cocktails) at the hotel are priced extremely well which was a nice surprise. Overall a great stay, highly recommended, don’t think twice!
