Not satisfied with the stay. I would give overall rating of one

The stay was more or less ok , the AC cooling was not very good, which is an important factor for a Chennai weather.

Easy for to and fro from airport. Great for layover.

I was booked for my parents from USA to hometown via chennai transit. Hotel stay was very nice for them, room was spacious & clean. Only concern was that staff were not so responsive. They talked nicely through phone in morning time and committed to pick up from airport at night time but they did not do it. Just kept receiver away from the phone and was not reachable. Since they were not new to chennai, they took taxi to hotel. When asked about that they were telling so many stories and were not helpful during mid night. This made me to give 3 rating. Apart from that hotel stay was nice especially breakfast.

My mum and dad stayed here for a day and the service was excellent. The room was very clean and the staff were friendly. They were provided complimentary breakfast and complimentary drop off to the airport. I will definitely recommend this place for stay.

Literally spent 5 hours in between flights and thanks to ear plugs was able to sleep well. Clean sheets, clean bathroom and AC. All I ask for is there. Sleep and go and you will be fine.

It was a pleasant stay& Very nice, comfortable, peaceful stay with all accessories in it. This Hotel is situated very near to Airport ,also avoids traffic& tension traveling to board flight. This hotel is very clean at affordable rate. very comfortable for family to stay.

ROOM SERVICE LOUSY.BREAKFAST MENU POOR AND PREPRATIONS NOT UPTO THE MARK.

Good Experience. The complementry Air Port Drop is added advantage.

Great hotel for short stay. Complimentary airport pick-up and drop is icing on the cake
