Hotel Shubhangan

It's ok if you're out all day but we had to ask constantly for basic things eg towels, shampoo, dustbin to be emptied, ac unit dripping water etc. the bed linen was NOT clean with dirty patches on the duvet. Breakfast was adequate but no eggs!

Hotel service is excellent and very good food, Staff very helpful..Hotel is bit inside and took a while for the driver to find out but the hotel as such didn't disappoint. There is cafe in the ground floor

Was staying here just for one night because it was relatively close to the airport. Was okay but I wouldn't stay here again. Largely just a place for me to crash; the room was large and clean, and the location was easy to get taxis from and very close to Bandra as well as the airport. Service mixed though, my Wifi password didn't work, and the shower was semi-broken, so I don't think I'd stay here again.

Hotel was good in that price range, staff was nice, big room, clean, we liked the situation in Bandra too. The breakfast has room for improvment, the restaurant where it takes place could be more enlightened, welcoming. Cafe Coffee Day which is part of the hotel and use the whole terrace should be open way earlier in the morning too ! Anyway, I would really recommend it unless you look for a luxurious hotel or a stylish one.

Travelled with wheelchair,hotel advertised as accessible but has approx 5 stairs to reach lift. Overall hotel is Ok, only vegan food served no eggs. Convenient, can walk to main shopping road and small fishing village. Short tuk tuk ride to Juhu beach but beach fairly dirty. About one hour to India gate an Taj hotel area but well worth a visit to the area.

Good nice value for money hotel

Hotel is nice but bedding like pillow/ materres were not so clean.

Rooms are a little small, and there is big heavy chair in the room which does not allow much walking space. Entrance to the restaurant was through service are. The hotel staff was excellent and helpful in providing local information. Especially, Richard D. and Robert.

Decent hotel that's convenient to airports. The area around hotel wasn't very nice. Expedia had wrong address for hotel unfortunately. When we arrived in Mumbai airport, prepaid taxi could not locate Shubhangan and taxi driver stopped 10 times (at midnight) to ask people on the street if they knew where the hotel was. We wanted to sight see on our one day in Mumbai. It took 1.5 hours by cab to reach the Colaba and the same amount of time to reach the hotel from Crawford Market. The location isn't convenient for tourists who want to sight see unless they have an AC car and driver who can wait. THe breakfast included in the price was fair, not great. There weren't enough towels nor was there enough toilet paper when we reached the hotel after midnight. The bed sheet had been ripped and mended and it was so thin you could see the mattress (no mattress pad) beneath. There were only two pillows on the bed.

Very comfortable stay only minutes from Bandra and Linking rd shopping place. Good restaurants and food outlets all over the place. Very helpful and friendly staff especially at the reception desk. Would recommend highly to any traveller!
