Hotel Shubhangan

I found my latest stay at Shubhangan to be a huge improvement over the last time I stayed there. Previously, due to some repair work on the road in front, traffic was an absoluite nightmare getting to and fro from the hotel. But with that problem solved, this 100% veg hotel is back to be a preferred place to stay for its location, value proposition and overall functionality.

I just needed somewhere to have a shower and a rest and I didn't sleep the night at this hotel. I was only there for a few hours. It is close to the airport and also to the place where I was to meet a friend so it was perfect for me. The people in reception were nice and friendly and sent up water to the room but the fellow who brought it obviously expected to be paid for bringing it as did the fellow who helped me with my case (I told him I could manage by myself). I should be used to this as it happens all the time in India but I just did not have any change and then it is a nuisance.

Comfortable hotel and inexpensive for Mumbai. Close to shopping, restaurants, ocean side walks. Hotel staff helpful.

Poor location communication was poor. Internet connection was not working the main reason for staying in that hotel as it was free. Waste of time and money.staff communication was poor as well.

The staff was extremely helpful. They helped me taking print outs and gave me a converter for using my USA charger in India. (free) The hotel is nice and clean. The room are of reasonable size, but have all the amenities. If you in the city for a quick business or personal trip, just take this hotel. For the price, it si very nice. Cons: It does not have any big market or known places near by (not walking distance), though you have grocery stores near by, if you need to grab a chip or drink. You can take taxi to go around, everything will be in within 2 miles.

very dirty,smelling of petroleum fumes.noise all night.had to call the police to stop the noise as hotel staff would not act on my complain.food not up to standard.very poor service.for the price i could have stayed in other hotels around the area and half the price.sorry i would not recommend this hotel to anybody.

Good hotel for short stay -cost effective

Sauberes, modernes Zimmer. Hilfreicher und angenehmer Service. Recht ruhige und dennoch günstige Lage. Preis-Leistung gut. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert.
