Zhero Hotel Mallorca

Bad smell from the shower.

Our stay at Zhero Hotel Mallorca was interesting. On the one hand, the staff was amazingly accommodating, pleasant and helpful. On the other hand, the hotel is showing signs of needing maintenance and general updates that seem to have been neglected. (One example of this is the decking around the pool area that seems spongy in places.) The towels in the rooms were very scratchy and old. It seems like a small thing but having nice towels can make up for a lot in a hotel. There was no elevator which I didn’t note when booking. Because we were on a longer trip and had many bags, it was difficult and inconvenient to lug them up and down the stairs. For a 3 star hotel, Zhero Hotel was fine. The AC worked great and it was nice to have a balcony to dry things we had washed. This being said, we aren’t likely to stay here again.

Rent och fräscht, god frukost med allt man önskar, snabb incheckning, fick rummet redan kl 10. nära till bad, gångavstånd till Buganbilia stranden 4minuter, Illetas stranden 15-20 minuter. Fint poolområde med lounge musik, Trevlig Personal ( förutom en, skadar inte att dra på smilbanden ibland...) Tyst på nätterna och bra med parkering på hotellet. Kan rekommenderas och vi kommer gärna igen.

My wife and I have just returned from spending a very pleasant relaxing few days at Zhero. All the excellent staff could not do enough to help us enjoy our stay. On first appearance the hotel looks good but is in need of some investment. It could do with of a fresh coat of paint on the exterior and with more modern balcony railings. There is no lift but that was no issue for us, however, the painted gloss stairs could do with gripper strips on them as they can be slippy. The rooms are pleasant, clean and simple. Our thanks to the cleaners who do a fantastic job. The tv did not work and could do with tea and coffee making facility in the room. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C worked perfectly. The shower was excellent and bathroom pleasant. Our balcony enjoyed a fantastic view across the bay but as I pointed out earlier the railing could do with upgrading. Maybe frosted toughened glass. The pool area was excellent and most relaxing with the the chilled vibe and relaxing tunes coming from the subtle speakers. The breakfast buffet choice was simple, healthy and first class and beautifully made and presented. Our complements to the excellent chef. As mentioned earlier , all the staff were fantastic , all smiles and went above their roles happily to ensure our stay was very enjoyable. Lucia ,Sonia, Dalila and Nadine were all the perfect hosts, very efficient and really looked after us and all the guests. All the team at the hotel left us with a lasting impression of a marvellously relaxing and happy stay at the Zhero in a great location. Muchas Gracias

Lovely hotel with a great view from the balcony. Great pool and beds, close to a beach that is beautiful but crowded. Lovely girl in the reception, we’ve got great tips from them for activities. Breakfast was ok not extraordinary and pretty expensive, but nice to sit by the pool. Loved the interior and lounge music. What could have been better is fresh juice instead of sugary nectar mixed with water. Variation in fruits and real mallorcan cheese and marmelades. Coffie was great.

We had a lovely time at Zhero hotel. Nadine at the reception was wonderful and very helpful. Wishes for improvement is mallorcan cheese and fresh marmelade for brekakfast, and real orangejuice.

Vi var fornøyd med hotellets beliggenhet, med kort vei til noen mindre og større strender. Gode muligheter for buss til Palma (og andre nærliggende steder), og nesten alltid en taxi tilgjengelig i løpet av kort tid. Restaurantutvalget i nærområdet var tilfredsstillende, selv om det var en del ymse å velge i. Fint basseng med gode balinesisk senger og solstoler - men vi opplevde flere dager at samtlige av disse ble tidlig tatt av hotellets øvrige gjester. Ikke proporsjonert for antall gjester hotellet hadde. Hotellet hadde forøvrig badehåndklær tilgjengelig for bruk både her og til å ta med på stranden. OK service/servering ved bassenget og forøvrig, noen av de ansatte var mer oppmerksomme og vennlige enn andre. Greit utvalg med lunsjretter. Frokosten var også helt OK, ingenting spesielt men trolig noe for enhver smak (egg, noe ost- og kjøttpålegg, yoghurt, frukt og bakst). Vi gikk for det rimeligste rommet, men var fornøyd med dét. Litt lite bad, med noen rare løsninger (som planker på gulvet i dusjen) og fukt som også gjorde det umulig å lukke døren til badet (trolig pga. utvidelser av treverket). Rengjøringen var derimot god - de byttet sengetøy og vi fikk nye håndklær hver dag, men tidvis litt slumsete med vask av gulv (som kan bli litt uheldig etter en dag på stranden). Alt i alt tilfreds med oppholdet vårt ved hotellet, med tanke på prisen vi betalte da vi var så sent ute (booket dagen før ankomst). Men det finnes nok bedre valg der ute, ved bedre planlegging.

My mom and I stayed here for two nights in June as my gift for graduating university. The hotel service was wonderful: Sonia, Nadine and Elena were all very accommodating to all our requests and made us feel welcome here. The breakfast foods were excellent, particularly the breads and croissants. Our room had a nice view of the Mediterranean and the hotel itself is well designed. However, the backdrop techno music that plays in the hotel and pool felt intrusive to us. Furthermore, the hotel decor consists of large images of models in swimsuits which felt as it catered towards men. Overall, the stay was good and we recommend this place aside from the few points I mentioned.

Todo genial, si tengo que encontrar alguna cosa negativa la poca iluminación del baño, el resto un acierto. El personal super atento y agradable, el lugar encantador y la limpieza impecable.
