Just had a fabulous week here for my Granddaughters wedding (held across the road). 14 friends and family , 8 rooms including the amazing Pool suite. Excellent staff, good location and selection of food and drinks

Just had an amazing week here for my daughters wedding ( wedding was across the road ) We had the pool suite which was beautiful clean and well presented. Nothing was too much for the staff and breakfast and lunch was delicious Will definitely be back Thank you

Wir befinden uns gerade in unserem lang ersehnten Urlaub auf Mallorca und sind mehr als begeistert. Das Zhero Hotel hat eine super stylische Anlage im weiß beigen Stil mit toller Pool Area, mega lieben und aufmerksamen Personal und tollem Essen und Drinks. Bereits seit unserer Ankunft fühlen wir uns richtig wohl und ist perfekt für jeden, der sich eine gemütliche Auszeit wünscht. Das Highlight für uns ist definitiv der Pool mit seinen Chillmöglichkeiten und der angenehmen Musik. Auch Palma erreicht man schnell mit dem Bus, da das Hotel in einer super Lage ist. Wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!! :)

This hotel was nice, and okay. Quite average for the cost (understandably, I get it was probably cheaper than a couple others in the area). But for me it was over €200 per night.. for a tiny tiny room.. and see below. (And I booked over 6 months in advance) but a few gripes / room for improvement. Room cost wasn’t including breakfast, which was €15pppd extra (above includes this expense) and actually breakfast wasn’t great.. just bacon and eggs for hot food which sat there for ages, wasn’t fresh. But continental side was fine albeit minimal choice. The coffees were nice though. (No coffee making in rooms available). Room was fine. Small. Bathroom flooded as shower tiny and was basically over the toilet, it was fine though. It did have a balcony too. My friends had a gorgeous big room (paid less than us but technically was an upgrade.. they booked even earlier than I did though!) Air con was cooler than outside but only just. (Think there’s a rule about this now though?) maids cleaned room daily with fresh towels which helped as we had to use more for the wet floor! Pool is lovely.. when you can get a sun bed. Only about 20 beds available. And one day the hotel had a MASSIVE party booked which meant we couldn’t use the seating area to eat lunch, and they had Loud music all day, it was fine as we were ok with music but it was certainly not a “relax” by the pool day!! They were extremely loud party of 50+ and took over the pool too. Felt uncomfortable and wasn’t offered anything even like a gesture drink for the inconvenience (the party were not hotel guests this was a separate booking) I think this should have been communicated to the hotel guests and a gesture made to be honest. Not great! It was fine. I wouldn’t go back due to the above. Just things they could improve on. Freshen up breakfast (as we paid extra for the not so great food!) and tell guests / offer a glass of something if they’re booking out the venue and pool.

Amazing hotel, well kept and beautiful setting!. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was excellent. Very pleased 😊

Prachtig zwembad!

Veldig bra renhold på dette hotellet. Hyggelig personal. Var nesten finere enn bildene fra nettsiden. Alltid ledige solsenger. Rolig og hyggelig. Det var ikke kjempemye å velge mellom på frokosten, men det de hadde var supergodt👍

This place is super cool. Really relaxed vibe around the pool with nice music playing all day. Staff are really friendly and relaxed. Feels more like staying with friends than in a hotel. Will definitely be rebooking when I go back to Mallorca.. 1 tiny complaint is that the WiFi is a bit slow..
