Hecht

We loved this hotel and the staff. Close to the train station and the main shopping and sights, the hotel was perfect for our visit to this wonderful Swiss village. The staff were terrific in every way and made our last two days of a two week Switzerland vacation complete!

I was greeted with a very Friendly ,knowable,young woman,whom what and showing personal care when she never saw me at Breakfast for two and called to see if I was Ok! That was a very Special touch. The referral I read in Canada when I booked ,they had mentioned only problem was bells, I assumed cow,or sheep bells which I,enjoy at night but to my surprise it was Church Bells,and I was her for all of Easter Weekend those are Bells from the Catholic Church! A Ringing of Joy! After a couple nights I could sleep threw them,walking the village at night alone ,No Problem! Everywhere I found and met many friendly people,to the point I didn't, want to leave the village. Everything in walking distance or if you stay 3 days you get free pass for bus and mountain tours and many museums perfect deal for Free which costs usually. Excellent Place I will be back next year! Thank You for Exceptional service!! They are a Partnership with the Romanik Hotel Santis where the evening meals are fantastic! Breakfast at Hotel Hecht was abundant with many varieties at everyday breakfast,close to train station 200 metres walking. Rhonda. K.

This was a last minute booking and it ended up being one of the best places we stayed in during our entire trip. Very spacious room and friendly staff in "traditional" Switzerland. The church next door began ringing its bells aggressively at 8 AM but when in .....
