Ligging en balkons rookvrij

We hebben twee teckels en moesten hiervoor 40 pond betalen voor 1 nacht. Dit is wel erg duur. En was ook ook niet van te voren medegedeeld.

The balcony and views from it were amazing

Staff were rude. Constantly distracted and spoke to each other rather than is as customers “Would you like an ice cream. I’m going to the shop for ciggies” “Oooh yes I’d love an ice cream. What shall I have?” Then a full blown conversation about ice creams was conducted while we were standing waiting to check out. Many more examples like this

It is a bit dated in the rooms but very clean

De omgeving, de grote kamer, het vriendelijk personeel.

De luidruchtige ( van 's morgens heel vroeg) hotelgasten die met bussen naar dit hotel komen.

🤔 Good views of golf course. Peaceful setting. Staff pleasant and helpful. Hairdryer, tea, coffee, kettle and safe were provided.

The hotel needs to be updated and rooms refurbished. It’s only a 3* and I felt it was overpriced. I spent a lot of money on taxis as nearest station was Headcorn and I was attending an event in Tenterden. Room was clean but I was only provided with a hand towel to dry with! There was an air con unit in the room but it was very noisy.
