Casadetodos B&B Boutique

This B&B had a great terrace out back for having a beer or wine at the end of the day. Room was large and airy. The location was excellent, and the street was quiet, something not common in Santiago. Breakfast was great. Coffee was great. The eggs were great.

This is an small hotel with good room amenities, basic good breakfast, friendly and familiar staff, located in Providencia where you can find a good variety of restaurants at a short distance and walk safely at night. From here you can take the metro to anywhere or since it is so well located, any not so expensive taxi. They can help you getting a safe and less expensive transport to the airport.

Check-in was very easy and the desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, the fresh fruit and watermelon were delicious. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. A wonderful place to stay.

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful with suggestions for sightseeing and meals. They even lent us their BIP card for the metro. About one block from the metro. perfect location. Great breakfast

Excellent location, in a quiet place in Providencia, good for being away from the buzz of the city and relaxing. Excellent and helpful staff, ready to help with any and all requests, even out of the box. 2 minute walk from Manuel Montt metro station, and 20 minute walk to Costanera centre mall or the city centre, if you decide to walk around. Good restaurants and cafes close by. Excellent WiFi connection.

Getting in early, my room was (understandably) not ready, but I was offered breakfast and luggage storage, while I went exploring the delightful, safe leafy neighbourhood. The room was compact but comfortable with a safe, small fridge, and plenty of hot water. Breakfast buffet is magnificent, but it is the outstanding service and excellent location that really make this place special. Even though there seems to be quite a lot of staff serving the different shifts, they were all across the important details such as taxi bookings etc. The nearby underground train station is super handy (and safe) though the parkland stroll to the city (about an hour) is just as pleasant. Plenty of cafes and restaurants in the area to choose from. On my final day, a late night flight was made bearable by the hotel's offer to let me use the room until I needed to head to the airport (my room was not booked for the next day), and was hugely appreciated. The receptionist's comment "We try to make everything possible at Casa de Todos," pretty much summed up the wonderful attitude to service and customer comfort. I would definitely stay here again.

Casa De Todos is an excellent B&B in the Providencia area of Santiago. Around the corner from the Manuel Montt Metro stop, so convenient to everywhere. I especially recommend the staff who are helpful with everything. This was my 4th stay. Wouldn't change a thing.

Excellent facility, wonderful and caring service, in an older but quite charming neighborhood which is acquiring more and more restaurants, right off Providencia, the busy street that is the center of a very nice and busy urban area. It is not a 5 star, but a very, very good 3-4 star, comfortable and homey.
