Hotel staff could not have been more helpful, the room was spotless with a very comfortable bed and there were some excellent restaurant close by.

The hotel is in a wonderful location - walking distance to many attractions. The staff went over and above our expectations in making sure we were comfortable, had what we needed and were more than willing to make suggestions about restaurants. Would certainly recommend this to anyone who is looking for personal service and attention above the BIG hotel experience. Special "thank you" to Christina.

Stayed here for one night and enjoyed the friendly staff. They were so kind to allow us to check in early, room was clean and well appointed. Half of the staff spoke enough English for us to get help with booking outings. Location is very convenient for catching the metro. Breakfast was yummy. Overall satisfied and a great value!

Loved this place. Was better than any of the more expensive options in Santiago. As a business traveler this place was perfect--friendly, efficient, comfortable, and conveniently located.

A real little gem! Casa de todos is set in a picture perfect street just a step away from the hustle of the city. A beautiful place with warm and welcoming staff. Rooms were spotless, breakfast relaxed and a most comfortable place for this weary traveller, would highly recommend it

I booked this hotel for my parents who were traveling to Chile for their first time. They don't speak Spanish and the staff spoke English and was very friendly and sweet to them. The room itself was very cute and had a welcoming feel, included Internet and air conditioning. My parents were so impressed and happy with the place, they commented on how they were served excellent coffee and breakfast every morning and the staff knew them by name and told them how nice it was to have them. It was a huge relief to me that my parents felt 100% comfortable and at ease and the surrounding area allowed them to get to know a bit of the nearby city parks and metro without needing to speak the language. The staff was very friendly and always had a smile and were willing to answer questions and were available whenever needed. Highly recommended!!

Wr stayed a week in Casadetodos. It is fresh, clean and friendly place with a great enthusiastic young staff who are doing their best to make you feel at home. The breakfast is just like at home, and there is a patio with tables and couches in the back yard where one can spend quiet time at any time of the day. I would surely come again.
