Hotel Gwarna

It didn't start off very well. I found the hotel OK, located on a corner and spotted the parking garage. So I drove in and followed the sign for the hotel parking. After getting up a few decks, I found a parking spot and there was a big sign and entrance for the hotel. Well the door was locked. There was a key pad so I tried to press a few buttons. Nothing. Very frustrating! So a walk around the garage and find an exit. I went through the door and saw an elevator. It was out of order. So I ended up walking a few floors with my bags, etc to get outside and ended up around the corner from the hotel's main entrance. When I got to the door I had to bang on the door to get buzzed in. I told the guy at the check in what happened and he said, "you should have called! You need a code to enter any hotel door." I told him that he should have sent me an email with the code. He just gave me a grin and a stupid look. A real prize idiot. The fact that I was stranded in a dark garage with my heavy bags, trying to get out, didn't seem to him to have been a problem. They should have a camera in the car parking or at least a bell instead of having the customer in such a situation. The rest of the hotel was better except for the hotel bar which turned out to be a noisy disco. Would I stay there again? Not with fools like that working there!

Dejligt hotel. Venlig og hjælpsom personale. Gode senge/madrasser. Fin rengøring. Flot morgenmad buffet. Kaffen smager godt. Den sorte the er af dårlig kvalitet. Måttet benytte min egen medbragte the. Måske lidt dyr parkering, som gør at jeg nok fravælger næste gang.

En övergiven hotel, fruktansvärt värme i alla lokaler, frukosten ute i respektive temperatur i flera timmar. Man vågar inte äta mat som inte får förvaras i värme. I garaget var tropisk temperatur, men ingången till hotellet var inte självklart. Receptionen är på 1-a våningen trots att på allt info vid hissar står det våning 3. Livet var inte lätt särskilt om har MC kläder på sig. Jag kommer aldrig mer hit trots att mina tidigare erfarenheter om hotellet var motsatsen (har övernattat hör 3 ggr tidigare i samband med MC resor)

Super Hotel mitten im Stadtzentrum. Auf dem Dach gab es eine BEachbar mit weißem Vogelsand. Pool war klasse, aber nicht wirklich warm. Ich würde immer wieder hier buchen. Wir waren rundum zufrieden

Good value. In a City Centre. Clean and nice room. Tasty breakfest.

Our one night stay was part of a longer journey and we required one night’s accommodation. We decided to stay at Hotel Gwarna. For a one night stay this was suitable. We wouldn’t want to stay any longer. The hotel is somewhat dated and can be a little confusing, reception on 4th floor while rooms on levels 4,3,2 etc. We did find the configuration of the hotel unusual. The rooms are big in spacious, a positive and bed comfortable. I am not sure how the hotel is rated 4 stars though.

Fajny hotel z basenem na 4 pietrze i plażą. Śniadania smaczne, choć przydało by się je urozmaicić, ale z uwagi na pandemie było naprawdę fajnie.

Bardzo fajny hotel w centrum miasta. Dobre jedzenie choć przez trzy dni nie zmieniano menu, takie czasy. Basen ze względu na pandemię dostępny dla danego pokoju, pływacie przez godzinę sami. Ładne widoki z tarasu i plaży na dachu.
