Hotel Gwarna

Very clean room. Good service. Nice breakfast.

It’s really hard to find the entrance of the hotel. It’s in the building of shopping gallery. The security guy downstairs (hotel or the whole building employee) was rude. The room was ok, but everything was a little bit old.

I traveled with my son, he wanted to be at the pool. Pool is great, small but clean with beautiful view of the city! Sauna is turned on by personnel if needed. We upgraded our room to the room with a terrace! It was a mistake because there are no seats or tables outside to enjoy. On the top of it we had disco music into the late hours of the night coming to our room. The base was shaking our beds. Breakfast was average, nothing to remember this hotel for! I was just recently in another 3 star hotel in Bukowina Tatrzanska and I can’t wait to go back again there! Decor in the hotel is mix of gold and silver ( our room and bathroom! There is no fresh flowers anywhere. Only dying pelargonias on the balcony! Music during breakfast is still disco, so you can eat fast and leave... There is remodeling at the main entrance to the hotel as well. Hotel needs interior designer to touch up this place with flowers and warm lighting!

Da vi kom fant resepsjonisten ikke bestillingen vår så jeg måtte være med å lete. Holdt ikke med bekreftelse jeg hadde. Betalte for parkering ved ankomst, kontant, men fikk ikke kvittering pga datatrøbbel. Da vi skulle reise måtte jeg derfor betale parkering en gang til, selv om hun i resepsjonen kvelden før sa at alt var i orden. Til frokost var stort sett alt tomt. Ingen som fylte på, så måtte spørre om å få mat. Kommer ikke til å benytte dette hotellet igjen.

Kyselyyni autopaikoituksesta ei vastattu tai jos vastattiin, niin emme enää olleet hotellissa. Sänky oli kapea kahdelle henkilölle. Hotellia mainostettiin Business hotellina, mutta meistä se ei ollut sitä tasoa. Savebox ei toiminut ja virkalija ihmetteli haittaako se kun yövymme vain yhden yön.

Ein Hotel im Einkaufszentrum. Recht gut zu erreichen, man darf es nicht mit einem anderen Hotel verwechseln,dass sich auf einer anderen Etage befindet. Innerhalb des Gebäudes sehr chaotisch geordnet.

Nära till centrum. Bra frukost.

Nice hotel in the center, inside the mall. Rooms, with city view, very spacious; I did'nt liked very much, that the balcony was communicating between all the rooms, without any kind of separation. Internet connection without problems. Breakfast in line with the hotel stars; nice breakfast room. In general, no problem with the staff, who proved to be courteous and helpful. Excellent cleaning and order. I have not seen the pool and the SPA.

I made a business trip and stayed in this hotel. The room is simple but really enough to recharge the energy. The breakfast is good and the staff is really nice. If you are a sport man, they have a huge fitness studio- gym

We have stayed at the Gwarna many times and have always been very happy, this time it did not start well as the booking agent had made a mistake and booked a single room so we insisted on being moved to a double, make sure you take the confirmation with you to proof what you have paid for, we will not use the booking agent again, but will always stay at the Gwarna.
