"Facilities closed made it disappointing"

Nice location near the berg. Very clean and comfortable room.

It was disappointing on arrival to hear that the restaurant and other facilities were permanently closed due to staff shortages. Had to travel down to town to have drinks and dinner. Breakfast was adequate. Had we have known prior to booking we would have found alternative accommodation.

"Great breakfast. A little too quiet and lonely."

We loved the breakfast. The hotel seemed very empty though. We hardly saw other people - including at the reception although we arrived before 8pm

The hotel was not very welcoming. Had to let ourselves in before 8 o'clock at night and didn't see a soul until after breakfast the following morning when we were checking out and paying for our stay.
